Meizu just launched its latest Pro 5 flagship earlier this week and today we have unboxing pictures of the new device.
The packaging of the Pro 5 is a simple black cardboard box with the device's name emblazoned on top of it. Opening up the box reveals a slotted cardboard insert which holds the Pro 5 itself as well as its charger and USB cable which comes in its own circular container. Sadly, the Pro 5 doesn't seem to come with a headset.
The phone itself features a one-piece aluminum body with a three-stage rear cover design, curved edges, and a 2.5D arc glass panel in front protecting the 5.7-inch 1080p display. The rear of the device features the Pro 5's large circular 21-megapixel rear camera, dual LED flash, and logo, while the front of the device features the device's 5-megapixel front-facing camera and new mTouch fingerprint sensor/home key.
Internally, the Pro 5 is equipped with a Samsung Exynos 7420 processor, either 3GB or 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage with UFS2.0 standard support, a USB Type-C port, and a 3050mAh battery.
The price of the Meizu Pro 5 starts at 2799 Yuan for the 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant while the 4GB/64GB version is priced at 3099 Yuan.
