Xiaomi's upcoming flagship device Mi 5 which has single-handedly kept the rumors mills running hot for months is on the verge of being released but rumors are still spilling out about this smartphone.
Latest addition to that is, Xiaomi will be launching a Windows 10 variant of Mi 5, just like Mi 4 and Mi Pad 2 64GB. Xiaomi Mi Note also has a Windows 10 variant so it won't be surprising to see the Mi 5 sporting a Windows 10 model.
Moreover, it is worth noting that Xiaomi is expected to release the Windows 10 variant for Mi 5 without altering the hardware which is somewhat exciting. Everything remains same as that of the regular Mi 5 only thing that is going to change is the software or operating system.
As of now there is no official confirmation regarding Windows 10 variant but there's a good chance for it's release. It's been nearly two years since we haven't seen a Xiaomi Mi flagship, so it won't hurt the company to release multiple variants of the device including a Windows 10 powered one.
Yesterday we reported that Xiaomi Mi 5 will be launched at Mobile World Congress at Barcelona in Spain and at the same time in China. So, we can expect an international release of the device as well.
